Our team coaching process starts with a thorough evaluation of your team. The purpose is to develop a deep understanding of the most important organisational challenges and the existing team dynamics. In this process we may include interviews, tests, observations, etc. as per agreement.
Where does the team want to go – what is the goal? What effect is expected to be achieved from fulfilling the goal? And what history does the team bring to the table?
Based on this, team coaching is used to establish, e.g.:
Improved self-awareness about the characteristics and behaviour of the team members as well as their influence on the team dynamic.
Guiding principles to achieve team goals as well as the organisation’s strategic goals.
Improved focus on direction, coordination and engagement, aimed at improving team effectiveness.
