qb3 Business Psychology was founded, is owned, and is run by Kenneth Quistgaard Børgesen.

I am a licensed and specialist-trained psychologist with Senior Practitioner coaching and supervisor certifications from EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). Additionally, I hold a PhD in Strategic Leadership and Organisational Learning and have completed a board education programme from Board Company.

With many years of experience, I have successfully trained and developed leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across teams, departments, organisational levels, and international borders. My approach combines deep psychological insight, strategic thinking, and practical development, enabling individuals, teams, and organisations to achieve lasting improvements.

When required, I collaborate with both Danish and international colleagues. One of my key partners on international assignments is the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) – a globally recognised non-profit organisation in leadership development.
