qb3 Business Psychology was founded and is owned and run by Kenneth Quistgaard Børgesen.

I am educated and authorised as a psychologist, specialised in cognitive, behavioural and clinical (mental and behavioural health) psychology. I also completed a Ph.D. on strategic leadership and organisational learning.

I have a very long and positive experience training and developing leaders and employees – across teams, departments, levels and national borders.

I collaborate with Danish and international colleagues when the task so requires. Center for Create Leadership is one of my important partners for international tasks. Learn more about CCL here.
